From:Shirley Meier, AUS To:Annelore Stone in the shadow of Mt. Rainier in the Great State of Washington, USA This is from a Christmas spider pricking by Jackie McDouall. The story of the spider, the pricking and instructions are on this website From:Carol Melton, Phoenix, AZ, USA To:Angela Steinhaused of the UK The pattern came from an early 1990's Anna magazine. Carol used 60/2 white linen and goldrush From:Sue M Harvey, Gt Yarmouth, Norfolk To:Lisa Thompson of Plano. USA It was a Christine Springett design for the lace and the cross stitch was a pattern I found in the Cross Stitch magazine.
From:Kathy Hensel A lovely point ground snowflake mounted ingeniously on a printed card. She had taken a card with a motive of about the same size and then mounted the lace motif over the printed motif. She then tied the points of the motif to the card with tiny thread bows on the inside of the card. It will make me look more critically to other printed Christmas cards! Once the card is on Jenny Brandis' website, you will all be able to enjoy my card as well as I will be enjoying it for many years to come. I hang the lace cards on my Christmas tree and the collection is slowly growing From:Eleanor McIntire or Hollister MO To:Sue Clothier in Southampton UK It is also a photograph album From:Jane Viking Swanson, Vermont, USA To:Noelene Lafferty, AUS
