The pattern is one I had in the 1990's from a visiting lacemaker from the Netherlands but I have mislaid the original sheet with their name. The gold thick is wound gold embroidery thread and the purple is a Twilleys goldfingering. The thin is a holographic passive and a 40 machine thread. Both are Madeira
